I wanted to call this lunch “Party Like It’s 1999,” but it feels too tame for that. So I’ll focus on the extra spinach, which has turned this Yemisir Alicha rather green. Paired with Forbidden Rice, it still feels worthy of a special 99th bento to me. If only I’d remembered a cute little food pick for the apples 😭 !
