Lunch #94: Yemisir Alicha

Making this lentil stew, Yemisir Alicha, gave me a chance to try out my new berbere spice mix. Berbere is a classic component of Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine. This stew is delicious over a bed of collard greens.
