While on Weight Watchers, bagels were mostly a no-no. Now that I’m trying to figure out balanced eating habits on my own, I’ll freely enjoy this very hearty multi-grain bagel with vegan cream cheese. I’ve balanced out the rest of my lunch with what would be low-to-zero-point items if I were still tracking (including the separate cucumbers for topping the bagel later).
