Lunch #71: Hill Beans

I went to the farmers market yesterday for the first time since moving to Nashville. I fell prey to temptation and got talked into buying a huge bag of fresh, shelled beans. The sign called them “Hill Beans,” but I believe that name is colloquial. I’m not sure what they taste like yet, so I decided to top them with Asian-inspired ingredients to complement my salad. Bottoms up!
