Passover may have ended, but my love of fried matzah never will! (Click here for my veganized recipe.) Accompanying this Passover classic breakfast food is a container of sugar-free syrup for topping, along with a banana and a package of Brami Snacks (pickled lupini beans) for extra protein. I wanted to put the beans in a cute container, but their aroma clashes with the rest of the meal, so they’ll stay packaged until lunchtime.
