Happy 2020, everyone!
I’m starting off the new decade in a new city with a new job! Well, sort of a new city–it’s the area where I grew up, but a different suburb. I’m thrilled to be back after nearly two years living in a whole different region of the country!
My new job has an irregular schedule, so I don’t always need to pack a meal. Tomorrow is a full day, however, and I won’t have access to a microwave. Peanut butter sandwich to the rescue!
