Lunch #77: Distilled Down to the Essence

I looooove vegan cream cheese on bagels. But today I’ll have it on healthy, hearty bread instead. That’s what I like about Weight Watchers: It encourages me to distill my favorite foods down to their essence, so I can find satisfying lower-calorie alternatives without giving them up completely.

What substitutions do you make to keep enjoying your favorite parts of a dish?
